Heavy equipment going electric instead of diesel.

For use in the US, part of the issue is not just driving range, but the time it takes to recharge if you need to go beyond a single charge range. For RV's, that seems like it would be a serious consideration. Tesla takes 3.5 to 4 hours for a full charge. For me that is prohibitive. The hydrogen/electric seems to be a more functional technology to me.
