Worked great. Also talked with VA doc, they increased number of vials, so always had backup supply.
Used oldest vials first.
We were volunteers and move every 2-3 months. Went back yearly for annual, etc.
Agent Orange diabetic, no cost for insulin.
They shipped my lantus in Styrofoam container with ice.
Thank You! We left with enough Lantus for the trip, but expect that he will need more with this latest episode. We've already made one trip to the ER here in Tucson and looks like another will be made today.
