Lots of truck/trailer shops, and suspension/spring shops in SFs area. Being Sat may make contacting a bit harder??
Jack's Campers is a good sized RV dealer, and has been in business many years. They are open Sat, maybe not parts/service. I would stop there, or at least call to inquire about spring availability. If they don't have what you need, they should know who does in that area. Many RV shops don't work on suspension, but they have someone close by that does their work.
