I broke a spring on our last fifth wheel, and limped it in to an rv repair shop by ratchet strapping the axle in place so it couldn't move.
When I got to the shop, they said I should have also put a piece of board between the axle and the frame for a little cushion.
Then we went to the local farm store so I could buy a leaf spring, they are pretty universal. There is a Fleet Farm and a Runnings in Sioux Falls that should have what you need. Just need to take a few measurements, length, width and number of springs in the pack.
