Help me identify a tow bar
I just bought a 2003 Tracker and am trying to identify what type of tow bar it had. Here is a picture of the part where the tow bar attaches. Anyone know what type this is?

I'm amazed how rusty it is because the rest of the car does not have a rust issue. Maybe made out of poor quality metal or never painted properly for protection. I think I will remove it and sandblast/paint it.
