Help me identify a tow bar
I just bought a 2003 Tracker and am trying to identify what type of tow bar it had. Here is a picture of the part where the tow bar attaches. Anyone know what type this is?

That looks to be a Blue Ox Base Plate however judging by the amount of Rust it may have been used in conjunction with a Snow Plow Blade on Salty Winter Roads!
