Well boys I don't want to get anybody excited but I bet there is a forum where people argue about pulling out right in front of RVs or not as a sport.
If I'm doing the speed limit or slightly over they can kiss my grits. Nobody tells the old geezers around here they have to pull over when they are going 20 in a 45 all day long. It's only going to take a little extra time to be kind to them, or to us.
California also has another law that says if 5 or more vehicles are lined up behind you (no matter what speed you are going) then you have to pull over and let them pass. That's why they have thousands of turnouts everywhere.
It's difficult for folks from other states to appreciate the circumstances here. It's very different than the Eastern states I'm familiar with. I totally agree with your logic with regards to the rest of the country.
