A refer in a slide requires the upper vent to come out horizontal. When the refer is installed in the rig, the venting is not installed in such away that air moves up and out efficiently. Even with the fans the air movement forms an eddy so it doesn't move over coils. Some of the fans will not last vey long and hard to replace. Most you need to remove the refer. A person can install a curved section of sheet metal on the upper portion of the refer cooling unit to help. You can also close up the distance between the cooling unit and lower portion of the cooling unit for force more air through cooling unit.
I am not thrilled about TV coming up out of counter top adjacent to galley. I would be afraid of liquids being spilled and going down onto TV components and operating mechanism.
