Help me understand the flaws with these "features"

Don't know how you could mount an RV fridge in a slide without using a fan, besides I like hearing the fan because when I do, I know the fridge is working. As far as a TV that pops out of a counter is concerned, just something else to go wrong but if you really like it, it's probably worth it.
