Pull off all the old wood sheathing. Check for water damage underneath it. Replace it 3/8 plywood which is what most manufacturers use. Install new rubber roofing material using proper adhesive. Don't try to salvage any of the old wood or rubber. It's done. This will not be an easy project nor an inexpensive one..
