Help! My bed is stuck in the open position.
New Jayco FW - opened up bed to store something and now it won't close. Feeling stupid. Any suggestions.

Does it have gas cylinders/struts to prop it open?
I've had them freeze up before. I needed to remove them and press down vertically on them to force them to operate again (it takes a lot of pressure). They worked fine after that. The gas cylinder/strut manufacturer suggested this.
