Help! My bed is stuck in the open position.

We can pick up the bed with the gas struts assisting us, put the rods in place and do what we want to do without worrying about relying on the gas struts to hold the bed up.

We can take out a strut out like we did once to install larger struts to have more assistance in opening the storage area.

I keep a trekking pole under the bed to use as a prop.

I also had to install stronger struts to overcome the new foam mattress topper.
