Help! My bed is stuck in the open position.
New Jayco FW - opened up bed to store something and now it won't close. Feeling stupid. Any suggestions.

Some struts have a catch on the rod that keeps it from retracting. You have to release it to allow it to retract. Usually mounted right at the cykinder end. Pick up on the bed and move the catch over and the bed will lower Larry
