Help needed with black water gate valve.
I will spare everyone the #*%*ty details but suffice it to say a clog forced me to close the gate valve on the black water tank when the line was full. Now I am guessing there is toilet paper stuck...

I have read about this stuff called Break Up Plus.Link to BUP. I plan to get some at the RV store next time I go there. They have a web site so you can read about it. Also, maybe its not paper in the valve. The rubber side seal might be ripped causing the blade to bind up. If you can dump the tank and have access to the valve it is easy to remove. 4 bolts and spread the pipes a little and it should slide out.
