Help removing city tree blocking RV/Trailer parking.

To my knowledge you have the right to trim any limb that overhangs your property - there is probably some caveat that whatever work you do shouldn't kill the tree. Cities are are tight budgets these days - if it were me I would call a tree trimmer in and have the offending limbs remove - chances of ever hearing from the city are likely nill.
