Help removing city tree blocking RV/Trailer parking.

There is a large city pine tree at the edge of my parents property by the street. It prevents their 32' 5th wheel from being able to get in the backyard. It nearly impossible to back in my 22' toy hau...

1-get a drill with a long bit, small so will not be noticed, big enough to do job, drill several holes at downward angle, fill with roundup, continue ( at night ) till tree is dead.( Don't ask where I heard this. )

2-Call city to remove. Tell NO ONE! Hope it does not fall on RV before city cuts it.
