Help removing city tree blocking RV/Trailer parking.

Can't see the other side of the 5th wheel, but there is a fence that could perhaps be changed around a little bit rather than cut down a tree just for convenience's sake. Can the fence opening be relocated perhaps?

Of course it also depends on how many trees are in the neighborhood, and whether anyone is going to care if there is one less. We have a ton of trees in the neighborhood and one less would be a non-issue. But I can see some people being upset if there aren't very many trees to begin with.
