As of now my 22' toy hauler will fit when using a trailer mover and clears just by inches on both sides.
We are currently modifying the fence to open further and removing a small retaining wall to give us 2'-2.5' of extra space to back the 5th wheel in. It should fit but is going to be tight until the truck clears the tree. I will find out next week if it works out.
If it works out we would still like to remove the tree eventually. We can not upgrade rigs or utilize the space until its gone.
