Hemi 6.4

If you want to know about the 6.4 vs the Cummins, there is a thread with lots of info about the 6.4 on the Cummins Diesel Forum. I have the 2014 Cummins and love it but the 6.4 hemi would work for me. I would go with the 4.10's for sure. I have herd they have less issues where the temps get <0 deg than the diesel. I tow 31 ft TT and about 7500 pounds. I get 12-13 towing and 21 bare on the hwy. Only get the diesel if you want or need the power cuz it does not pencil out in savings. The jury is still out on the resale values.

Can't comment on the Ram, but I went for a ride in a new Charger with a 6.4 Hemi a couple weeks ago and all I can say is "oh my god". And I drive a Ram with the 5.7.

I have been very happy with mine too. It pulls my 12k 37.5' 5er very well. I got a Laramie with all the options, glad I did.

I have one and tow a 5er also. Mine is 28' and weighs an estimated 9k loaded. I have the 3.73 gears though, wish i had the 4.10's. I have no issues. get it up to speed, set the cruise at 65 and let the truck do the work. Haven't gotten into any big hills to really give it a workout. She is thirsty, but that just goes along with having a truck like this, don't buy them for fuel economy.

Great Pics! I agree 100% with your post. Ive had my truck for a yr now and I have no buyers remorse at all, in fact I LOVE my truck. If anything I wish Id have gotten more options and stretched my budget a bit more. The truck handles whatever I throw at it with flying colors!
