If you are going from 1000lb bars to 1400lb ones you will also need to get new bar insert bushings for the hitch head. They are a wear item so should probably be replaced anyway if your hitch is several years old and has had much use or has not been greased regularly.
I believe Hensley purchases their bars from either EazLift or DrawTite (same as Reese). They may machine a bit on the groove in the top of the bar but I'm not positive of that. I would give them a call and ask but I think they will fit your existing head with new insert bushings.
