Like most others, we have had our share of dump station disasters, and have always tried to clean everything up before we leave. But, it happens. If there is a hose for that purpose at the dump station, I usually do a final rinse of my hoses before putting them away, with the ends connected together. Then if necessary, use the provided hose to wash down the area. We carry a big bottle of hand sanitizer in the bin with the hoses, and usually just wash out hands with a big glob of that when finished with everything else. Then as soon as possible, rewash hands with hot water and lots of soap before going on. But never put the end of a hose down inside a sewer hose. No need to wash out just part of a hose.
