Well, the proper way to remove the gloves is to pull the first one off so that it's inside out, then use it to pull the second one off inside out, then tuck the one into the other and dispose of them.
With that, the way I see it is anything in my poop is already in me. The black tank is sealed and nothing else is getting in there before I dump it, so there's no reason to worry about some horrible infectious disease. Now, if I'm helping you dump your tank - I'm wearing hazmat.
