You made my point, twice. 1) you went to 3rd party sites for more information, and 2) the URLs in my original post do not even link to the company's own YouTube videos.

I'm saying that Atwood Mobile/Fantastic Vent has dropped the ball in regards to product information/promotion. They need to do better.
