fantasticvent.com doesn't have an email address or contact form on their website
2) Atwood's
contact page doesn't have a Fan-tastic Vent entry in its "Product Line" field. You'd have to select "N/A - Other". In my opinion, that's akin to the trash can.
3) The cell phone gets 450 anytime minutes per month. I'm not going to burn valuable airtime over this, and chasing down a LL would be about 67th on my TO-DO list.
4) I'm getting free WiFi here. I can use it any time I want - I have to ask to use the phone.
5) I suspect that there are a fair number of Atwood Mobile/Fantastic Vent employees who are also RVers and are members (or readers) of this forum who will see this thread.
I put it out there that I believe that the
Fan-Tastic Vent website is significantly lacking in content and am hoping that it will show up on the radar of someone at Atwood Mobile/Fantastic Vent. I have no ambition to pursue it beyond that.
