Cold tire pressure is 50 psi (I usually keep them between 47 psi and 50 psi). GVWR is 3810 pounds, GAWR front is 3500 pounds.
Is this tire size a misprint on your part? You are saying the trailer sticker requires 14" load range C tires and what you have is 13" load range C tires? If that is true on a dealer delivered new TT you have a serious problem with a dealer. And yes if true those 13" inch tires were likely severely overloaded. What is the 13" tire sidewall marked maximum load and max tire pressure?
