I'm in complete agreement. It's been 14 months since I purchased it, but I am definitely owed proper tires by the dealer. I'm dumbfounded I didn't catch this earlier, and thankful I didn't have a catastrophic failure on any of my trips so far. Our maiden voyage was a 2000 mile trip across the southern US last summer!
Thanks again for helping me discover this. I'm now convinced the failure is due to being overloaded, and the DOT violation is a great point.
