How many axles does the trailer have? The sticker shows front and rear axles. If you only have a single axle, they may have put the wrong sticker on the trailer. Also, the tires don't support all of the weight of the trailer, the tongue supports some of it. What is the capacity of the axle (check the sticker on the axle itself)? The combined capacity of the 2 tires should equal or exceed the capacity of the axle.
The tire images show uneven wear like an alignment issue or grossly out of balance tires.
Hmmmm... hadn't thought of that. The trailer is just a small 16 foot single-axle (two tires total + spare). Still - the dry weight of the entire camper is 2700 pounds, so something still is not right with including those tires/wheels. It leaves me no room for cargo.
