Sounds like if you are anywhere near the gross weight when you go camp, you are close to the limit of even the "correct" size LR C tire. I would look under it closely with a tape measure, and if you have room for a 15" g26 cargo, then I would run those. Personally, I would do it that way, even if I had to buy the new wheels and tires out of pocket.
But I am probably the lone ranger in this discussion approaching it that way.
At best, the dealer is going to give you some 14" wheels and junky ST tires. At least I suppose you could sell them on craigslist for someone to use on the utility trailer they use to go to the dump with.
At the very least, if staying with 14", I would use Kumho 857.
