Maybe you got the "LO RUN" model....
Actually not the dealer's fault per se, the TT comes from the factory with tires already on it....not unreasonable for the dealer to assume the factory put the right tires on it. BUT, the dealer is the conduit to the mfr, so I would definitely call and get the right equipment installed. Also note the "D: means the rig is spec'd for bias ply tires not radials, and the load capacity of the tires may be different.
As others have said, get the biggest capacity tire in there that will fit. Good this this tire didn't ka-boom on the side of the road. Contrary to being "China junk" I think it did a respectable job of staying together for 2000 miles despite being severely overloaded.....
