They are both friction based hitches and will do a good job. The 4 point is supposed to be a bit better but I am not confident that there is much seat of the pants difference.
The primary points of sway control are similar, both use the WD bars as friction points.
Personally, I'd go with the less expensive of the two. But, buy what makes you happy.
