hitch house in stockton

I will stop going for parts or service at The Hitch House in Stockton, ca.
have gone in 2 times for service.
1st, WDH question, 5 min looking and said I needed new unit. charged me 99.00, and I went to another place, and all I needed was more tongue weight.
later brother took his truck in for new 5er rails. we took in hitch, was told they spent an hour and found the slot spacing for hitch would not line up. it took me 1 minute to see it. he again charged 99.00
down the road is Cherokee camper, seem very good and dependable
