I think you may want to figure out what's causing the sway before you go throwing cash at a new hitch. May want to consider that the hitch is not set up properly or you have undersized spring bars, or even the truck and trailer are mis-matched.
I have a similar Pro Series WD hitch and have absolutely no sway with or without the sway bar.
Again, I recommend reviewing your hitches set up. Also, please provide more details such as the the Weights you are running (hitch, trailer weight, Truck weight). One thing that pops into my mind is that the Titan Receiver is rated for around 900-950 lbs and if you are over that you may be getting some receiver flex that is contributing to the sway.
