They may mfg their products in Mexico & other countries.
Johnson Controls = good financial condition.
Delphi (AC Delco)- *was* one of the big 3, was acquired by Johnson.
Exide = not too good.  Recent plant closures, 2 recent bankruptcies.
That crowed* (crowded) WalMart is 'cause smart battery shoppers are looking for an *inexpensive*, identical replacement for the battery their auto service dept would charge outrageou$ buck$ for!..:W 
(*something to "crow" about, LOL)  
Johnson Controls supplies batteries to WalMart, Sears, Costco, and....
