We lived on a boat prior to having our DP and home. We only camp part time but don't go on holiday weekends usually! Our boat always stayed at the dock on holiday weekends. Way too many drunk boaters on the waters for me. Peoples actions overall are good, but some people on holidays go overboard and expect to do whatever they please, whether a quiet time or not(they believe holidays are exempt)......
