The answer depends on many variables
Are the batteries fully charged (If no then no)
How much power does each A/C need (Some need more mine need 13.5 amps running)
Is the wireing heavy enough (Should be) and how long is it (long wire runs have excessive voltage drop which may increase amp draw)
What else is running (NOTHING you might get by)
Danger: If your 30 amp plug is clean and shiny and you inspect it daily,, Should be no fire danger, If you try to draw 30+ amps the breaker trips.
But I'm nto too big on 30 amp plugs.. they .. tend to melt easily.
