Homeless - safe to store propane/gas in car while sleeping?

Shelters suck. Go down and volunteer at one and see for your self.
Homeless sleeping in Cars? A lot of people, families, have lost their homes with nowhere to go. Look around the parking lots, they are out there. News flash, RV's are getting bought up fast so people have somewhere safe and dry to sleep at night(sounds like camping to me).
God speed to 'em getting there lives back together! Unless of course they are actually full timing and chose to!
