Homeless - safe to store propane/gas in car while sleeping?

I'm leaning more and more towards trolling. It just keeps getting more and more outrageous, and they are starting to do some serious trolling now: Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, work out everyday, laptop, health center membership, and now attacking a "doubting Thomas" as ignorant. I think that's known as "upping the ante". :)

If true, it's definitely someone smart enough to take advantage of the system without working. Your tax dollars at work. :)
