Homeless migration to RVs creating problems
There seems to be a trend for the homeless to get an old RV and live on the streets. County officials admit their hands are are tied as they do not have proper laws in place to deal with the problem....

Going to get much worse before it improves.
Free food and free living makes for lazy folks with idle time for doing things they should not be doing. Be good if they required regular community service in order to earn the right for those benefits.
