Homeless people coming to your favorite campground!

.... Currently at New Melones Resevoir ( Tuolumne County, CA ) and about 1/2 of the weekday campers are either at the lower end of the economic scale or not even on it. Ancient RV, no tent but living ...

I'm not unsympathetic to people down on their luck. But if that was me and I was in a campground for any period of time, it would be clean, neat and tidy. Not trashed up with garbage and the like. I wouldn't be making messes for someone else to clean up. Truth be told, I would be out looking for work, walking if I had to.
