Homeless people coming to your favorite campground!

.... Currently at New Melones Resevoir ( Tuolumne County, CA ) and about 1/2 of the weekday campers are either at the lower end of the economic scale or not even on it. Ancient RV, no tent but living ...

Household income not average wage earner.
So two wage earners in a household would be $15.50/hr.
