Honda- Ford 4 down tow

Can any one tell me on a Honda Crx or a Ford Edge 4 down tow, do the miles record while towed? Thanks

Certain models of the Ford Edge CAN be towed four down and the mileage does not add on.

I have a 2012 Front Wheel drive Limited version. Keyless entry, adaptive cruise, etc.
