HONDA PILOT - ANY REAL TOWERS OUT THERE?
We have a 2008 Honda Pilot 4W automatic. Remco says they have folks flat towing them, but Honda says no. Are there any folks here who actually flat tow a Pilot?

I have a 2012 Pilot. I ordered the tow bar, base plate and Patriot brake only to find out Honda says NO. I was able to change the order and got a base plate for my CR-V instead. :S - My memory is foggy on this, but I think you used to be able to. At least that was with Ridgelines IIRC... Then they changed their minds because folks didn't follow instructions to prevent driveline damage. I think all you had to do was start it up and cycle through all the gear settings every 8 hours or so.
I don't think I've ever seen one behind a MH though. Might want to ask in the toad section.
