Hopkins Agility electric brake controller problem

Ok, I have the electric brake controller set up as recommended by the manufacturer. Brakes on fiver are adjusted and all work properly. Controller is set to max sensitivity. Takes a pretty heavy foot ...

What type of controller? Inertial based? IF so, take it out of the vehicle, carefully place it in the nearest trash can and go buy a good quality controller like the Prodigy.
But first, when is the last time you adjusted the brakes?
