It has been my experience that ANY EW provider will do whatever they can to reduce or eliminate any outlay of $$. You gotta stay on top of them and not let them feed you BS if you're going to get your rig fixed. There are "help lines" in both the Good Sam magazine and the FMCA magazine....submit your problems to them and see if that helps.
