There have been some times after hooking up the toad and flushing the tanks etc, we took a shower, from on board water supply, before raising the jacks and pulling out.
The heat will drain you, especially, if you have been under the air conditioner.
Load up at night, take a shower in the coach, sleep, with gen and ac on of course and head out when you awake. I dunno how good this idea is. Sounded good as I typed it though, for your situation.

Native Floridian and I've never gotten used to it. Summer is horrible, but I love winter!!

We're at the KOA at St. Mary's Montana on the East side of Glacier NP. It was 100 degrees yesterday. We're thinking of checking out the Arctic Circle tomorrow.

Going to be hot here as well. Forcast for around 100 all week in central KS. Trying to get some things done before I head North.

Well I got off my a$$ and got up early and got a few things done, todays temp is to be 117 again, I don't plan on headed out for 2 more weeks but hope Montana will still be cool in a few weeks, its been to hot for to long now here in Vegas, about 2 weeks of excess heat, usually these temps are just for a few days here and there but not for 2 weeks straight with no end in sight..

Dang and we still have 3 weeks left in July and all of August to go, I guess I am just not liking the heat here as time goes by, but with my business here I just cant sell and leave over night but that time is getting close, I hope within a year or two me and my wife can leave Vegas summer heat forever.

I get out of Atlanta in August and spend the month in Colorado riding the dirt bike. South Fork, Creede, Gunnison, Durango, Basalt, Crested Butte, Lake City, Ouray, Silverton, Telluride. Low humidity, cool nights, sometimes afternoon rain showers, occasional snow flurries at 13,000 ft. Sometimes brush the frost off the motorcycle seat in the morning at 8,000 ft. Love it there.
