I finally am getting around a little better after my hip surgery and went into the TT this after noon. Boy was it hot in side. 100* inside. I really didn't want to run the a/c so turned on my fantastic fan and set it to go off when the TT cooled down tonight. And this brings up the question, what do you all do when the TT is parked beside your house to keep the wallpaper from coming off the walls because of the heat?? I felt so sad while out there, I miss going camping and we just sold our old camper last week. it went to a guy in Ellensburg Washington, hope it is safe from the fires up there.

I either keep a vent opened slightly or even a window if the weather is going to be good. Just cracking a ceiling vent helps a lot.Hope your hip mends well for you and you can get back to camping. Happy travels!

I leave all the vents open and have 2 vents with fans in them hooked to solar panels to suck the hot air out.

Like others, vents open. I put Max Air covers them all. I also put up sun shade thingies on all cab window and lower all house window shades. It still gets hot but not near as much as when I leave vents closed and windows uncovered.

After 5 years of our MH roasting in the Georgia sun, the wallpaper is just fine. Our HTT has roasted in the GA sun for 3 years longer with no I'll effects inside either.

Vent open and Fantastic fan running. I've got the remote version and it will shut off when the set temp is reached. If it rains the rain sensor closes the lid.

I've got a MaxxAir MaxxFan vent installed in the cabover. It can be open 24-7, driving or parked, on or off, since it's pretty near rain-proof. Since the cab windows are shaded by the cabover, I leave those windows down about 1/2". This gives me a slight 'chimney effect', since the hot air tends to rise thru the vent, and draw cool air in at the windows.

I'm currently trying to jump thru the city's freakin' absurd bunch of permitting hoops to put up a metal carport for it.

An additional thing I have yet to do is a skylight "pillow" to insulate/shade heat coming in through skylight over the shower.

Aluminum foil, shiny side out, placed and taped to windows and roof vents will cut 10 degrees off interior temps.

Same here, covers on the vents and the vents open. Still gets hot but not quite as bad.
