Hot water trickle

Here is the issue. The cold water comes out with full force, The hot water starts at full force a couple seconds later it goes to a trickle in all 3 faucets.......something is amuck....I have tried every thing I can think of to no avail....what am I missing...check valves have been checked or replaced, all aerators all been cleaned....
