How cold have you experienced?

We never would intentionally stay at a campground with our Class C if it's below 25 or 30F or above 90 and humid. But one thing we've learned in 35 + years is that it can get way colder or hotter than imagined no matter the location. 5 or more years ago in Big Bend NP it was very hot when we arrived in mid winter and within about 48 hours it was 7 degrees and very windy within sight of the Rio Grande. Of course, no running water or dumping in the campground. We were warned in advance and moved to the campground with hook-ups. We were scared but our furnace and elec. heater did keep it tolerable. Once in summer it was 107 where we stayed east of Nashville and the elec. was out for some sites. Always an adventure.
