Deer hunting in my "hunting shack" Love Bug (similar to Scamp, built in 1976) it got down to -5 F real temp. The heater doesn't work. It does not take long to get out of my to sleeping bags and get dressed. Lighting the fire in the wood stove and warming up an enclosed picnic shelter seems to take forever. I get up half an hour before everyone else. High for that day was 5 f.
Sometimes my wife wonders about my idea of a good time with my friends. I am the only one with a trailer, everyone else uses tents.
Camping with my wife and our Toyota RV all time low was 10F in the Bighorn Mtns and 20F in Yellowstone.
My current TT record low was 5 F while camping with 3 of my daughters last November. I had the heater set at about 45 over night to make the battery & LP last the weekend.
