Coldest was 20 degrees on our last night up in northren VT in Late OCT. I remember that morning setting up my portable electric heater outside to warm up my dump valves so I could dump. I had also forgotten to retract my awning the previous night and all the awning mechanisms were frozen solid, not wanting to risk breaking anything I had to wait for the morning sun to thaw it out.
